OUR APPROACH

How all three services are structured

Every Vessalyn service begins with a written scope document that you receive before the first session. This describes what will happen in each appointment, what you will leave with, and what falls outside the service. If your situation raises questions that the scope document does not cover, we address those in writing before the engagement begins — not mid-way through.

Sessions are conducted in person in Kuala Lumpur. Community Programme training days travel to the group's venue within the Klang Valley. Nothing in any service requires you to share sensitive personal information beyond what is directly needed for the administrative task at hand.

At the end of each engagement, you receive the outputs described in the scope document. No follow-up sessions are added without a separate agreement. No outputs are withheld pending additional payment.

Co-Parenting Logistics Toolkit

SERVICE 1 OF 3

Co-Parenting Logistics Toolkit

RM 620 · 2 sessions

A practical two-session engagement producing the shared calendar, handover checklist, packing list, and contact sheet two households need to coordinate a child's week without discussing anything else. Covers setting up a shared digital calendar, agreeing a simple written protocol for schedule changes, and a template for recording what was agreed.

This service is purely logistical and administrative. Nothing in the toolkit touches parenting arrangements as a matter of entitlement, no view is offered on any dispute, and the material carries no standing beyond what both households voluntarily agree to use.

  • Shared digital calendar, compatible with common calendar apps
  • Written protocol template for agreed schedule changes
  • Handover checklist and packing list template
  • Joint contact sheet for emergency and routine contacts

SESSION PLAN

1

Calendar and protocol session

Review the household's weekly pattern; set up the shared calendar; draft the schedule-change protocol.

2

Checklist and handover session

Produce the finalised handover checklist, packing list, and contact sheet; deliver all documents.

SERVICE 2 OF 3

Family Records Consolidation

RM 1,480 · 4 appointments

A guided project across four appointments that gathers a household's scattered documents into a single indexed archive: identification papers, education records, property and tenancy documents, insurance certificates, and correspondence. Includes scanning, consistent file naming, an encrypted archive you hold, a printed contents page, and a one-sheet directory naming the public body that issues each document type.

Originals are returned at or before the final appointment. No copies are retained by Vessalyn. The service is clerical — it inventories and files, and makes no assessment of any document's content or effect.

  • Document scanning and AES-256 encrypted archive
  • Consistent naming: type / issuing body / reference / date
  • Printed contents page and document directory
  • All originals returned; no copies held by Vessalyn

Community Support Circle Programme

SERVICE 3 OF 3

Community Support Circle Programme

RM 4,550 · 12-month programme

A twelve-month arrangement for groups — residents' associations, faith communities, workplace welfare committees — that want to run their own peer support circles for families in transition. Includes a facilitator's handbook, three train-the-facilitator days for up to ten volunteers, a printed participant workbook licensed for the group's own use, a written safeguarding and referral protocol, and quarterly supervision calls.

Facilitators are trained to hold a conversation, not to advise. The referral protocol is a core module, and it names the categories of question that must be passed to a qualified professional without discussion.

  • Facilitator's handbook and participant workbook (licensed)
  • 3 training days, up to 10 volunteers per group
  • Safeguarding and referral protocol (core module)
  • 4 quarterly supervision calls over 12 months

3

Training Day 3

4

Quarterly supervision calls (×4)
